Received the wrong meal at dinner but did not consider it to be a problem. A guest at the next table also received the wrong kind of salad.

Nice hotel in a poor location. My wife did not feel comfortable walking around the area. Too many high security fences in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The swimming pool was out of use and the tennis courts was being used as a soccer field (no tennis nets on). This was a bit disappointing, because it was one of the reasons for booking this hotel.

It was spacious, clean and good value for money. A lovely buffet breakfast included.

strong odeour in our room,carpet very dirty. Did not appreciate having to cross the road in the dark unaccompanied carrying all our luggage to gain access to our building through security gates that were not locked.Not a nice area a bit of a walk to the bus stop, not recomended in the night time.

Shuttle bus starts at 8am so a taxi has to be paid before 8.not a nice area.

handy for Camp. airport. Not a great area. Taxis are needed after dark. Hotel fine, breakfast excellent may have been unlucky with our bedroom. Staff very pleasant.

We found that the rooms were not very clean and we have to ask for items when we ran out even after the cleaners had just gone through the room

Found some of the staff to be pleasant to dea with but found te front desk to be a real pain.

OK place to stay for a cheaper hotel but you can probably find better and also try to find one that has easier access to things. Found that it was a long way to go either by bus or train, even though both are fairly easy to navigate.
