• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.

  Price is per room.

• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is possible.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English are spoken at the reception.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors and there are two elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there are.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, all the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  You can call outside directly but to receive telephone calls you need to call the reception which transfer it to the room.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is always air conditioning and it is included in the price of the room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have it.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is a swimming pool and it is open during the summer.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is an open parking and a garage. Both are free.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car to the Ciampino airport.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a pick up service from the airport. It has an extra cost and it is necessary to book it.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It is Via Schiavonetti, 150 metres far off from the hotel entrance.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground station is Anagnina; it is 5 kilometres far off froom the hotel. You can arrive there by the bus 046 which stops is 150 metres far off from the hotel entrance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  In the property there is a gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, they are.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
