| Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. B&B rates include breakfast, garage parking, access to the swimming pool, tennis court rental, plus access to the fitness facility. Room Only rates are subject to the following supplements: breakfast EUR 12 per person/day, garage parking EUR 4,00 per person/day, swimming pool EUR 2,00 per person/day, tennis court rental EUR 2,00 per person/day, fitness facility EUR 2,00 per person/day. Use of the Internet point is not included in the price and costs EUR 2,50 for 30 minutes. Transfers to/from Fiumicino Airport cost EUR 50,00 per car for up to 3 pax and EUR 70,00 per car for up to 8 pax. You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 48 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
