A very beautiful place to stay at Rome

The web site should include information indicating which 'apartment button' a visitor should push when visiting the apartment. There should also be informaiton on how to 'buzz' a visitor in (let someone in the front gate/door)the building with the use of the intercom phone in the apartment.
...
The apartment was very comfortable, with all the 'amenities and conveniences of home'. The location of the apartment is extremely convenient for accessing the tram and bus systems for ease in getting around Rome!

When arrived initially no one there but I telephoned the number I had been given and the lady said the cleaner would come down. After another quick call she arrived 10 mins later.
The cleaner did not speak much english but was able to explain how things worked and about checking out.

The appartment was just as we thought it would be. We had a fantastic time, the appartment had everything we needed, the terrace was excellent and was used all the time.Everything was very clean, plenty of clean towels, The kitchen area was great, providing spices and oils etc. Would have perhaps liked a kettle. Couldn't fault anything, would definetley go and stay there again. Excellent value.
...
We paid cash on arrival and told to leave the keys on the table when we left, which we did.
...
Fantastic large studio with all amenities, dvd, tv, hi fi system, modern shower room, plenty of hotwater and towels.
Great kitchen area with everything you need, fridge microwave, coffee maker, all basics there. Big terrace with table and chairs where we sat out for breakfast every morning. Lots of candles both for outside and inside.
Supermarket at top of the road, On the tram route that goes up to the centre L.go Argentina. Bus no 3 that goes to the colosseum. and about 7 mins flat walk from Stazione Trastevere, where you can get the train to St Peters and the train to Fiumicino airport (which we did)
Also when you come out of the appartment front door. Portese sunday market is on your door step! We and our 9 year old son had a great holiday here.

The apartment was very well equipped, with ample dishes, pots and pans, towels, etc. It had a lovely patio with lounge chairs and a table and umbrella for dining outdoors, as well as a tv and cd player, which were not mentioned in the information.
...
CD player and Italian tv available, sunny patio with table, chairs, and sun lounges.
...
Excellent apartment that the owner has taken great care to decorate and provide everything you need for your stay. It's close to shops for groceries and a 15 minute walk to the main restaurant area in Trastevere. Getting to the major tourist sites is not as convenient, but there are several transit options available, including the streetcar and the train. The train station is 5 minutes walk and easy to reach from the airport.

problems with the lock as very different from ours in the UK! so we wasted precious sight-seeing time in Rome. But Owner was very helpful and sorted out for us when we got locked out.
...
comfortable, well equiped, small shower and no shelves in bathroom to put out your toiletries!

some photos showed sofa bed instead of fixed double bed. the fixed double bed was an improvement.we were very impressed with both the area and the attico pascarella and hope to visit again.

We had minor difficulties because the person who welcomed us couldn't speak English and our Italian is very poor. But we managed to get us understood somehow.
...
When we checked in we agreed that when we leave we will leave the keys on the kitchen table. SO there was no actual check out.
...
Distance to most of the sights in Rome are at a couple of kilometers away. But there is a tram line in just 50 meters from the apartment.
...
A very nice small apartment with a good and large terrace. The views are not that great but the terrace is great for sunbathing and dining. The location is at a peaceful and quiet street a couple of kilometers from the sights of Rome. The apartment was clean and furnished with a good taste. I would definitely recommend it if you are not willing to pay for a central location.

The people who owned the appartment really put themselves out as we had a late flight (arrived 1AM). We were greeted as promised. Very pleased!
...
Attico Pascarella was great. It was very well situated with a tram stopat the end of the street. The price was good and the place very clean. Much better than we expected.
...
Yes the tram stop is at the end of the street. there are loads of places to get breakfast right on your doorstep.

The main trastavere maarket lands on your doorstep on sunday (porta portesse). Great!!!
...

As meeting point was a bridal shop in Bozzana with clear directions, our arrival was extremely smooth and very personal and friendly.
...
Attico Pascarella has a perfect location- green and very private indeed. The house was more than satisfactory with all that we may have needed. Perhaps additional photos/description would make a better sales feature.
...
Compared with other properties I believe Attico Pascarella is extremely well priced. Though perhaps it could be a liitle cheaper for under occupany/small party.
...
the location. Perfect and much better than expected.
...
Tranquil, quite, relaxing and well equiped. Would return tomorrow!!! Easy access to major towns/ tourist sites.

Had to speak to the building concierge first (with our lack of Italian language) but he realised where we were staying, ran up the road and came back straight away with housekeeper.
...
Great place to stay - really clean and well equipped. Good size too. A real plus having the terrace. the location was great too... although not in the centre it had a great residential feel to it away from tourists and the tourist prices. some great coffee bars nearby to sit and watch the world go by. Transport links are great too with the regular number 8 tram from the top of the road into the centre.

Instructions on how to use the lock to the front door.

We took a taxi from Stazione Termini to the apartment so we had no problem arriving.

To experience Rome one must stay in an apartment and have the freedom to live a few days like a true Roman. Attico Pascarella certainly allows you to do this. Modern, comfortable apartment, close to the centre of Rome and near to supermarkets and food stores. Great restaurants nearby. Couldn't have chosen a better place to stay.
...

We were under the impression that we would have been able to pay the final balance by credit card, which was not the case, we had to pay cash. This was no real problem but people who are travelling around do not generally like to carry cash with them and would rather pay by credit card. This service was not available. Next time I book with your company I shall ascertain from the initial booking that a credit card can be used to pay final balance.
...
The apartment is very accessible for walking to the centre and also taking public transport to major parts of the city. Wonderful location.
...
Perfect location, good restaurants nearby. Supermarket and food stores close at hand. Modern, clean and very well equipped apartment. The owner was also very nice.

Our plane was delayed and therefore we were late but our contact left a message at the door and arrived within a few mionutes to let us in etc.
...
The property was exactly what we wanted and very convenient for transport to the major attractions. Also in the evening excellent tram/bus service late at night to return home. Also supermarket and chemist very close and good. Sunday market excellent and only a few yards away.
...
As we had an early flight we arranged to leave the key on the table inside the appartment. We liked the trust.
...
The shower was excellent - powerful and much needed in the heat. Loads of fresh towels more than most places. The terrace was a much added bonus - very private - but lovely to lie under the stars with a glass of wine. The bed was very comfy - nothing to fault the apartment.
...
Convenient and excellent position for seeing the sites whilst at the same time having privacy. Excellent bars and restaurants 5 stops up the road by tram (which come every few minutes) and they also run back late so no curfew.
Everything you can possibly need - for 2 people to have time alone together in Rome.

It was fine, but it would be useful to have clearer directions from Trastvere Station for people without a car.
...
There were a lot of nice touches, such as fairy lights on the roof terrace and food like coffee, sugar and oil to use.
...
all very straight forward
...
very well equipped kitchen. you can get a bus and tram to the centre of Rome from the same street or one street away.
...
Lovely flat with a roof terrace, well equipped kitchen in a convenient location. the only problem was there were not obvious places to buy fruit and vegetables nearby - there were only corner shops. The woman who checked is in was very friendly and patient (our plane was delayed).

We enjoyed our stay in the appartement very much. It was quiet, comfortable and central to bus and train. The only thing we missed a little bit, was one more blanket or cover in case it is not so warm during the nights.

Greetins also to Ilaria Godani.

It would have helped to be able to locate the street in a map to know exactly where it is. Please specify bus number and the name of the bus stop where to get off.
...
We really liked the room and we had a very good stay. The owners were very friendly.
...
It is well located, but it's not in the 'heart' of Trastevere. It takes 10 min. on foot to get to the old part. At the same time, tram 8 is very frequent and runs till late.
...
It is a really nice studio appartment on the top floor of a modern building. It is spacious and tastefully decorated. It has everything you need to make you feel at home. It's in the quiet side of Trastevere, a 10 minute walk from the old part - maybe less romantic, but less touristy! Public transport around the corner. It is exactly as shown on the website. Recommended.

When we arrived at the apartment there was no sign stating the name. We went to a cafe owner nearby, who phoned the number we had. Fortunately the cleaners were there so after waiting out front for about 15mins. they let us in.
3. There wasn't a receptionist.

...
6. There wasn't any staff.

Only adequate & too far from the centre of Rome.
...
11. We paid the cleaners when we checked in & left the key inside when we left.
...
Apartment is on the 8th floor. The lift only goes to the 7th.
It is like a hotel room with a kitchen in the same room.
There are no comfortable chairs to relax in. The 'roof-top terrace' s not on the roof & has no view
...
Just adequate. I am sure something better could be found closer to city centre.

We had a few challenges. The first night we couldn't figure out how to use the front door key, and it took the assistance of the woman who lives downstairs to figure out how the key worked. If you stay, remember to pull the door towards you with the knob, then turn the key counterclockwise in the lower lock.

On the evening we checked in we realized we didn't have any hot water. Numerous calls resulted in someone who came to try and fix the hot water on the second day of our stay. On the second day/night of our stay, we were also without electricity. All was fixed on the third day of our stay.

We're flexible travellers, and able to deal with the inconveniences. The owner, Ilara, was wonderful and tried everything she could do to fix these issues as quickly as possible. She also gave us a sizable refund upon our departure.

Understanding that things just happen, the rental was perfect. It was quiet and very convenient to public transportation. We would stay again if we find ourselves in Rome.

All very satisfactory except the zen fountain referred to in advert did not work and more importantly the shower water pressure was worse than abysmal. We recommend a pump be installed to rectify this. The grouting around the shower tiles could also be cleaned up. the most important issue was the shower pressure. Aside from this we were very happy with the apartment and would stay again and recommend to others if this was fixed.
...
Because of confusion over directions supplied ie. at what point to get off the bus on Viale de Trastevere we were late arriving. Out hosts were very understanding of this.
...
We paid in full on arrival and left keys in apartment on check out. this suited us all and worked very well.
given the fact that it was just a studio and in what appeared to be a secondary location with a lot of graffity on surrounding buildings of mediocre quality we would expect to pay no more than 80 per night.

There was no receptionist as it was a private appartment block, I have therefore commented on the lady who greeted us at the appartment.
We arrived 30minutes earlier than we originally thought we would, which is why there was no one there to meet us.
...
Air conditioning was an optional extra, and though we barely used it during our stay we were charged a set amount for it's use on check out.
...
Lovely appartment, clean, spacious enough for 2 on a weekend break. Close to restaraunts, bars, transport and within walking distance of all tourist spots.
