• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 11:30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  9 floors in the building. The apartment is located on the 9th floor. There is a lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  There is a terrace of 15 sqm.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  TV but not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes (extra charge).
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but there is one in the vicinity.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage in front of the building.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In Viale Trastevere.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Trastevere railway station (200 meters away on foot). Termini Station is 20 minutes away by bus.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest is Piramide, line B (ten minutes away by bus).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
