All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is meant per room per night. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Buffet breakfast is included. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes, you can. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
We speak Italian, English, German, French, Japanese and Greek. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
The building has 6 floors and there are 2 lifts. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Yes, there are. The hotel is surrounded by a park so the rooms are very quiet. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
Yes, about 40 rooms have a terrace. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
Yes, there are 10 rooms with a balcony. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, most rooms are non smoking rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
All rooms have international satellite TV. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

Yes, there is an internet point and all the hall and lobby have free wi-fi internet. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not one yet but we are opening one next year. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, there is and a free garage available. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car in the city. - Which is the nearest airport?
Fiumicino is the nearest airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do and it is on request. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is about 100 meters from the hotel. - Which is the nearest railway station?
FM3 is the nearest train station and it is about 500 meters away. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
Cipro stop is the nearest subway stop. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, not yet but we will have one from next year. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, pets are not welcome. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
