• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle the bill on arrival or on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French, Polish, Romanian, Russian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 4 floors. We have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, some rooms are very private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Some of our bedrooms are non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour TV in each room but without international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is individual air conditioning and heating in each room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we have not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  The hotel has its own internal free parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the airport and in many rental offices in the city.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Fiumicino, Leonardo Da Vinci Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have an agreement with the shuttle service.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Porta Maggiore.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Vittorio Emanuele stop, line A.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are some nice restaurants in neighborhood.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
