• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, our continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our B&B is located on the 3rd floor. There is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are extremely quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  They are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with national channels only in each room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Our comfortable cozy B&B does not have a dining room, but rooms are spacious enough to bring food in from many of the nearby Roman restaurants.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do. Ask the reception.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There a public garage 200 metres far from our B&B.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino airport are both located within easy reach of the B&B by public transportation.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We will be happy to organize a tranfer from/to the airport at extra cost. It's roughly half an hour ride from the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  At the doorstep.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station, 5 minute by metro from our B&B.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  San Giovanni metro stop, 200 metres far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but very close to us.
• Are pets welcome?
  We love pets but we can't accept them here.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  There is not a restaurant in the property, but the central location offers many fine Italian restaurants and typical Roman trattorie as well as ethnic cuisine (Japanese, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Arabian and McDonald's).
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, but you can surf the Internet from the lobby.
