Expand the terrace to include the whole area. The restricted area is smaller than it should be. ... Great location, staff and accomadations for Rome.

Very helpful staff. ... The hotel was lovely, but the rooms were monastic and small. Had I realized this, I would have booked the more expensive suites. I thought the rooms all were similar to the pictures of the suite. They were, however, very clean and private. Also, one night of our stay, the terrace closed for a private party. ... Staff arranged private tours that were fantastic. ... Great location for visiting the Vatican. Feels like a small boutigue hotel, but only book the most expensive rooms. Terrace overlooking St. Pater's was beautiful.

The hotel had prearranged a driver to transport us from FCO to the property. The driver was not waiting where we departed. Thankfully, we had an international cell phone and called the hotel. The front desk staff directed the driver to us, and after an hour we arrived. They charged us 60E instead of the customary 70E. ... Paolo VI Residenza had been personally recommended. I relied on printed material more than your website. ... the front staff (Stefanie) made our bills (2 rooms) available for previewing prior to checkout. She was also extremely helpful with calling a taxi for us and ensuring we had durections for our next leg of our trip. She also helped setup my Italian cell phone - way above the call of duty!! ... 1. all front desk staff is multi-language 2. Breakfast was wonderful 3. The view, service & setting for evening drinks & snacks on the veranda overlooking St. Peters was fabulous! 4. Each morning the daily scripture readings were slid under our door as a daily 'brief' ... beautifully situated next to St. Peter's square. When the rest of the tourist went 'home' for the night, we enjoyed the beauty & peacfullness that St. Peter's had to offer. The rooms are quite small, but clean and efficient.
