CANCELLATION POLICY 19-15 days before: fee of 30%. 14-8 days before: fee of 40%. 7-3 days before: fee of 60%. 48-24 hours before: fee of 80%. No Show: fee of 100%. INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Airport pick-up service is not included in the price; details available upon request. Rooms will be cleaned each morning between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. and on Sundays between 9 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. The room linen (bed linen-towels) will be changed when you check-in and every three days during your stay. Daily change of towels costs EUR 2,50. Luggage deposit facility after check-out costs EUR 5,00. Breakfast is included in the price.
The following mandatory hotel-imposed fees are charged and collected by the hotel either at check-in or check-out. Rome city tax (imposed by the city of Rome): EUR 2 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. The above list may not be comprehensive. Mandatory hotel-imposed fees may not include tax and are subject to change. |

| Cancellation Policy | |
In case of no show or late cancellation: 15-8 days before: fee of 50% 7 days or no show: fee of 100%. We do not accept payment by credit card but cash only. ONLY during Christmas, New Year and Easter period:in order to confirm the reservation we require your authorization to charge on your CC the 50% of the total amount not refoundable. In case of no show or late cancellation (7 days before check in): fee of 100%.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 360 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |

| Check In / Check Out Time | |
Check-in : the rooms are available from midday. It is necessary to arrive at the B&B not later than 9 p.m. Later arrivals are to be communicated.
Check-out : it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.
After you fill up the check-in form you will be given the keys of your room and of the B&B front door, which will be surrendered upon check-out. If the B&B keys are lost or misplaced you will be charged the sum of 50,00. Advanced payment in cash is required at the check-in.
No credit will be provided nor personal cheques will be accepted.
Please note that the house is not responsible for the safety of your personal belongings and valuables. |
