Met promptly at the airport, as pre-arranged by the company. The receptionist in the apartment was very helpful and gave us excellent service.

Any concerns/issues were promptly attended to (e.g. fridge replaced the day after concerns raised about it not working).

A very pleasant apartment, central to all key sites. Accommodation bright, airy and welcoming.
Excellent attention by the receptionist, who ensured that all our needs were met and we would like to commend him for that.

This apartment was great. It was ideally located in the city, everywhere was easy to find by foot. The apartment itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend it.

The scale of the map was too small to locate the street on which the apartment was located.
There was no one at the apartment when we arrived and we had to phone the company with our mobile. When we were booking we had indicated our approximate time of arrival which was the time we arrived. If we hadnt got a mobile phone we would have been stuck.
Once we contacted them some arrive immediately and was very courtous and helpful.

the water temperature in the shower was a bit eratic.
An english language chanel on the television would have been nice.
One of the televisions didnt work.
the post man and garbage collectors tended to ring the bell early in the morning, it would have been helpful to be warned about this.

there was no one available to check us out, we had been told that before hand so it didnt matter.

the washer and dry did not seem to work properly, as we couldn't get the machine to dry our clothes. other than that, everything about the apartment was perfect. we truly enjoyed the accomodations and would certainly stay again during our next stay in rome.

Ecerything went very smoothly and I was shown around the apartment by a very friendly person.

The apartment was a lot more spacious than we thought it would be, it was perfect for 6 people with 2 generous sized bathrooms to accommodate us. The furnishings were very fresh and welcoming.
The bedrooms were cool due to the high ceilings and the shutters to keep sunlight out but probably the only thing that would make this apartment better would be air conditioning.

No problems, we left the keys in the apartment and found the staff to be very flexible about the time we had to check out by.

Exceptionally clean, spacious and fresh,inviting furnishings. The location is fabulous, right between the pantheon and the Piazza Navona, and there is a great little supermarket nearby. A great base.

Very poor. Upon arrival no one there, unsure if the correct location. Had no phone. No coins, no knowledge of how to use public card phones. Took 40 minutes to find a shop owner that let us use his cel phone to call the number listed on voucher. Once call was made someone arrived shortly.

Specific instructions MUST be given about calling upon arrival Rome to get entry and having someone there upon arrival to confirm the location. Location does not look like appartment building which added to confusion.

Best location in heart of Rome, adequate facilities, great for 2 couples wanting to get the real flavor of living in Rome.

The entrance and staircase to the apartment are not very enticing i.e.dirty

very comfortable, much better than a hotel with every comfort also with the triple glazing very quiet for Rome

The women there to greet us barely spoke any english, so we were unsure of what to do if any problems arose.

The fridge was broken and did not keep food cold.
One of the showers was also broken, as was the lock on that bathroom door, and there were ants in that same bathroom.
The televisions only had one channel, which barely even worked.
Someone came to clean it during the week, which was very convenient.

The apartment was in a very convenient location - right around the corner from the piazza navona and the pantheon, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby. It was spacious and clean.

No receptionist because this is a private apartment with no lobby or phone.

Apartment was well-located. There was no receptionist or phone, which is fine, but I had no way for the airport to contact me or deliver my delayed baggage until the last night there.

No Air conditioning. Very noisy with the windows open because there are restaurants rights below. Garbage and recycling trucks pick up all night long on Saturday.

L'appartement n'était pas tès tranquille le soir car il y a un restaurant dessous. Ce détail très important n'était pas mentionné dans le descriptif. Cependant nous sommes satisfait de cet appartement.

Le restaurant qui est dessous au rez de chaussée occasionne du bruit et ce n'étaiot pas écrit sur le site.

Appartement très bien situé, très spacieux, très pittoresque, un peu bruyant le soir.
