• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Rates are per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not serve breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, it is.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the first floor. There is not a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Towels and linen are included in the price. There is an extra charge for daily change.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there are 3 colour TVs, not satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Cars can be rented at the main railways station "Termini".
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Fiumicino(Leonardo da Vinci) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the centre of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Transfers by private car to and from both airports can be arranged on request. Rates depend on the number of people.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is "Senato" (Corso Rinascimento), 200 meters far from the apartment.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stops are "Spagna" and "Barberini".
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, no pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you cannot.
