  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  English buffet breakfast is included in the rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can settle your bill upon check out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At reception desk there is a multilingual staff.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 4 floors and there are elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and comfortable.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our rooms have no terrace nor courtyard.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Our rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  There are no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms are equipped with satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have air conditioning. No extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  In our property there are high speed internet stations. Surcharge.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  In our property there is no swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Free parking is available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can ask reception desk and our reception staff will explain to you where is it possible to rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Leonardo da Vinci at Fiumicino, 25km away.
  
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We do not have a shuttle service but we can arrange a private transfer. Surcharge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is at 50mt.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Stazione Aurelia at 3km Termini station is at 10km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is Cornelia stop, 80mt away.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  We do not have any Fitness Centre.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  In our property there 2 restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  In the rooms there is a modem connection.
