Our stay at the Hotel Palatino was enjoyable. The management was very nice and helpful with any questions that we had. Breakfast was fresh and definitely sufficient.
Location is convenient to many Rome sights, restaurants and shops.
Our only regret was that we had to move from your establishment when we realized we would need an extra night.

Don't recall directions to Hotel--airport taxi was familiar with location.
Some confusion when checking in, d/t error on my part...only booked one instead of two nights for a double room. Hotel able to provide room, but of course at a higher rate than if booked on line.

Very accomodating--allowed us to split nights between two different credit cards

Hotel very convenient to major tourist sites/restaurants and to the metro. Room nice size and clean. Would recommend to anyone traveling to Rome
