There is no elevator because the whole hotel is located on groud floor, like a motel building. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?

Every room has an external exit with a small coutyard. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No, they do not but they have an external exit with a small coutyard. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
Yes, no-smoking rooms are available. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite TV)?
Every room has a TV with satellite channels. - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
Yes, there is. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All the rooms have air conditioning at no extra charge. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
No, we do not have an Internet point at the moment but we will soon have one. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
There is a swimming pool near the hotel and it is open all year. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, it is. - Where can we rent a car?
You can rent a car from a nearby car rental facility. - Which is the nearest airport?
Ciampino is the nearest airport. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
Yes, we do but this service is not included in the room price. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
The nearest bus stop is just in front of the hotel entrance. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Ciampino is the nearest train station and it is about 2km away. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest metro stop is about 10km away. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Sorry, pets are not allowed. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
