• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price. Our guests can choose to have breakfast in their own room (continental breakfast served on a tray) or in the bar located close to the property.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors, the property is on the 4th and there is a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are perfectly soundproof and gracefully decorated.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but there is a spacious common terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/Tv with international channels in each of our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes , there is, it is individually controlled by remote control free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a garage nearby but it is not included in the price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station or both airports.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (25 km). Fiumicino airport is at approx. 40 km far from the property.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do, on request (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Piazza Risorgimento.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini (3 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway station is "Ottaviano" (red line). It is 100 metres far from us.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can surf the Internet with your onw laptop.
