 Orto di Roma is located in a green and safe area, between Eur (business heart of Rome) and the ancient Appian way archeological park. Our place is very friendly and comfortable, quite and silence own this area. At 300 mt there is the bus stop for lines 766 and 769 run every 15 minutes from 5.30am to 12.00pm. Both run to centre but we suggest to catch the connection with the metro at S. Paolo basilica that it is the quickest way to go or come from the city centre. In front of our property a green park hydes a big shopping centre called "I Granai". Restaurants, McDonalds, shops, banks, post office are there. |

Coming by Car:
If you are coming by car just get the exit 24 called Ardeatina and follow the way in centre direction for 5km. On the left you will find Grottaperfetta way. Turn on Grottaperfetta and follow it for 1km, we are the 551! If you come by car we are your ideal accommodation in the Eternal City. If you like comforts we do offer a daily shuttle service to the Coliseum!
Coming by Train:
From Termini railway station take metro B in direction Laurentina up to Basilica S. Paolo stop. Then get the connection with bus 766 or 769 until Via Grottaperfetta 551 (Calderon de la Barca stop).
Coming by Plane:
- From Fiumicino airport take the Leonardo shuttle bus up to Termini station, then follow as above.
- From Ciampino airport take the Corrieri bus up to Anagnina stop and then metro A in direction Battistini up to Termini station. Once there follow as above.
Coming by Public Transportation:
If you come by public transportation just remember that the blue line metro run from 5.30am to 11.30pm. Get the S. Paolo Basilica stop and get the connection with bus 766 or 769 untill Via Grottaperfetta 551 (Calderon de la Barca stop). Pick up from airport or central station available on request (extra). |
