• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, Spanish, Portoguese.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 3 floors and no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, some rooms have also garden view or small terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Few rooms (not all) have terraces and garden view (you have to request it in advance and wait for confirmation)!
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do, on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a Sat/TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  A/C included in the rates in all rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Wi-Fi free access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No sorry but we do have a wellness centre at 5 mins by walk.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Parking is available free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We offer car rental delivery.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, we do (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  766 ot 769 stop at Via Calderon de la Barca stop Grottaperfetta.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Ostiense railway station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there is a good one in the other side of street.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Sure!
