• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Check in service is available at Atlante Star Hotel, only 60 meters far. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Usually clients pay on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, German and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  4 floors, the rooms are on the first floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  All linen and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, TV in all rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there isn't.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  At the Hotel Atlante Star, 1 minute walking distance.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?

• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, at an extra charge. (Daily fare).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Car rental offices in the city centre or at Termini Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport 30 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.

  50 metres far away.
• Which is the nearest railway station?

• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?

• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
