• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, continental buffet breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak Italian, English, French, Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are five floor and there is an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are private rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not but there is a terrace on the top floor where we serve the brekfast and the meal.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have no smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is Tv in all the rooms without interantional channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning, it is free of charge and it is available all year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not a swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a private garage available with extra cost.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car at the airports in Rome (Ciampino or Fiumicino) or at Roma Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, but only on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in front of the hotel, Via Crescenzio bus stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Roma Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Ottaviano stop and it is 400 metres far from the hotel .
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, sorry, but there is a Jacuzzi (hydro-massage tub) on top floor and it is available for 8 people.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
