- At what time can we check-in and out?
Check In from midday. Check-in time required. Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in. - Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
The price is per room. - Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
Italian Breakfast is included in the price. We have a special arrangement with the bar-terrace downstairs. - Is heating included in the price?
Heating and air conditioning are included in the price. - Can we settle the bill on arrival?
Yes. - Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Assunta, the charming owner, speaks a fantastic Italian, a good Spanish and a basic English. Her husband is bilingual (Italian/German) and he speaks English, Spanish, French and a little Japanese too. - How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
There are 5 floors in the building, wich dates back to the 19th century, with an elevator. We are at the first floor. - Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
Two of our rooms overlook an inner courtyard and they are particularly quiet; the other two rooms overlook a very narrow and silent street (Via Napoli). - Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
We provide linens and towels and we change them every two or three days. - Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
No. - Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
No. - Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
We do not allow our guests to smoke in the rooms. - Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
All the rooms have a TV (only national channels). - Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
There is a private telephone in every room. - Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
All rooms are provided with a private sistem of air conditioning with no extra charge (from June to September, according to weather condition). - Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
No. - Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
Only upon request our guests can use our private e-mail point. - Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
No, there is not. - Is parking or garage available?
Yes, with an extra charge. - Where can we rent a car?
There are several car rentals in the area. - Which is the nearest airport?
Both Rome airport Fiumicino and Ciampino. - Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
We can provide your pick up at arrival and departure having your schedule in advance. - Which is the nearest bus-stop?
Along Via Nazionale you can find the bus-stop of the major bus lines. - Which is the nearest railway station?
Central Station of Rome, Termini. - Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
The nearest subway stop is "Repubblica" on Via Nazionale, 5 minutes walk. - Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
No, there is not. - Are pets welcome?
Yes. - Is there a restaurant in the Property?
No. - Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
No, you can not.
