• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, taxes, air conditioning and free use of internet.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The customers will find coffee, tea, milk, fruit juices, croissants, jams in the kitchen that is at disposal to prepare the breakfast by themselves.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Payment is required upon arrival. We accept cash only.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian, English, French and Spanish
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Opera Inn Suites is located at the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Our rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Opera Inn Suites is located in a historical building with no terrace or courtyard, but it is located in the heart of St. Peter's church area.
  
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, the rooms have no balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do have non smoking apartments.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Our rooms offer a flat screen TV.
  
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, we do not have a direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Each room has air conditioning and heating. These conveniences are included in the price of the room.
  
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Opera Inn Suites will offer to the guests wireless internet connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Not of the property. The guests can easily reach public swimming pools. A very nice beach on the Tiber river is available on summer and the seaside beach is located 30 minutes away on the train.
  
• Is parking or garage available?
  Not in the property. There are many public and private parking nearby.
  
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are some rental companies nearby.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  On request, we can organize a tranfer from/to the airport at extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Crocifisso - Stazione San Pietro is the closest stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Stazione San Pietro is the nearest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Ottaviano San Pietro is at about 1 km.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not in the property but there are some Fitness Center close to our B&B. They do allow daily visitors for a daily fee. (gym, sauna, turkish bath etc).
  
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but the guests will find a lot of reastaurants and bar very close to our B&B.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, from the apartment.
