In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte. Si informa che deve essere comunicato l'orario di arrivo per garantire il check-in. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card. Please note that you need to communicate your arrival time in order to have a smooth check-in.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 120 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
