• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday until 8pm, Check Out before 11am. As bank transfer comments the guests must write the reservation's code. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  We do not serve breakfast but we have an agreement with a bar located close by. We provide guests with a pre-paid ticket for Italian breakfast (croissant and cappuccino).
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, as you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Italian and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The building has 5 floors but our B&B spreads out only one floor. There is no lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some rooms do have a small balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour TV in each room but with national channels only.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in all rooms, no extra charge. It is individually controlled.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a public parking 50 meters far from us (extra charge).
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (15 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We provide a pick up service for all those coming by plane either from Ciampino and Fiumicino airport after 8 pm (extra charge).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini bus station (Piazza dei Cinquecento). Bus terminal for the main lines.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini railway station (50 meters).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini (metro A and B).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not but there is a fitness center close by.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
