The Bed & Breakfast is in the heart of the historical city centre, situated in a quiet road aside the 'Scala Santa' and next to the 'Basilica of San Giovanni'. Nearby there's a nice shopping area and it is only 15 minutes on foot away from the Colisseum. Obelus is well connected by local public transport (i.e. metro, buses, tram). Behind the 'Scala Santa' one finds a bus terminus, tram stop and a taxi stand; these connects the area of San Giovanni with all major tourist zones of Rome. Obelus B&B is easily reached from Termini train station, the international airport of Fiumicino and from Ciampino airport.

How To Reach Us

Fiumicino Airport:
The Leonard Express train to Termini Railway station is a direct service and takes about 30 minutes.
Ciampino Airport:
The Shuttle to Termini railway station is in connection with Ryan air and Easy-Jet flights.
Termini Railway Station:
From Termini subway station take Metro A (direction Anagnina) and stop at S.Giovanni, follow the sign Magna Grecia on the right. After the roman aqueduct go towards the front of the church and at the pedestrian traffic lights cross the road and walk across the little car parking area. At the first block on the right you will see Obelus B&B at Via Tasso 150.
Highway:
Driving from Highway A1 Firenze-Napoli and A24 Aquila-Roma, follow the signs for (G.R.A.) Grande Raccordo Anulare, take Exit 23 and follow Via Appia Nuova for 12 Km. Continue along Piazzale Appio till you reach the traffic lights after the aqueduct arches. Go straight onto Via Emanuele Filiberto for 200 m, turn left onto Via Domenico Fontana for 90 m and turn right. You arrive at Obelus B&B at Via Tasso 150.
