• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, the continental breakfast is included. You can have croissants or cake, bread, toasts, biscuits, marmelade, honey, butter and drink cappuccino or tea or coffee, milk, fruit juice and water.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, independent heating is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Please note that the new manager speak: Italian, English, Swedish, Maltese, Danish, Norwegian and some German. But unfortunately we don't speak French!!
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors in the building with elevator and the Obelus B&B is on 2nd floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, the rooms are quiet and the furniture is in the Italian traditional style.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided. Fresh towels will be changed every three days, while fresh linens will be changed every week.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  The twin room has a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. The 2 triple rooms have big windows overlooking Via Tasso.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have only non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes all rooms have TV and a decoder for international channels (Digitale terrestre).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, independent air conditioning in each room is included.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a breakfast room where all our guests have breakfast together but it is not for dining.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  200m away from Obelus B&B our guests can find a private garage which is at an extra cost. Please ask for further information. The roads around the B&B are on payment from 8a.m. till 8p.m.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are two car rental offices in the neighbourhood.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino is the nearest airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The Taxi reservation, at fixed price, is available for journeys to/from the airport and around the city. The rate is not included and is available on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  S.Giovanni in Laterano Square is the nearest bus-stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini is the nearest railway station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Manzoni stop which is the nearest underground/subway station (Metro Line A) is situated 200metres away. Though at the time being Manzoni is undergoing construction works. Therefore the other nearest underground/subway station (Metro Line A) is San Giovanni which is situated 400metres away from the B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There is a fitness center near the Obelus B&B, but not in property. The rate is not included and available on request.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but we can recommend some typical restaurants situated near Obelus B&B.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  By downloading the modem software on your computer you'd be able to connect and surf the internet from a connection point in the common area.
