  No, the rooms doesn't have a balcony.

  Yes, there is a TV, but there are not international channels.

  No, we don't have but you can find it just outside the house.

  Yes, it is available, but at extra charge.

  You can rent a car at the reception desk.

  The nearest airport is Ciampino airport.

  Yes, we do but at extra charge.

  The nearest bus-stop is Via Merulana bus n°16 or Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano bus n°714.

  The nearest railway station is Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is San Giovanni Linea A or Manzoni Linea A 400 mt.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is no fitness center.
  
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not but they are close to the property.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
