• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, a full American buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish, German and Dutch.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and we have elevators,too.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are quiet and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, unfortunately our rooms don't have terrace or courtyard, but our restaurant has a big terrace with view to Sant Peter's.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes ,some rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, non smoking rooms are available on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, without extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, free parking nearby the Hotel.
• Where can we rent a car?
  AVIS - Via della Giuliana (5 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  About 40 km. from the hotel (about 1 hour with public transportation, 40 minutes by taxi).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange an airport pick up private service on request.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  In "Circonvallazione Centrale" avenue, 100 mt. from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini central station, 5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Cipro - Musei Vaticani.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Sorry, pets are not welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
