We were pretty upset because the airline lost our luggage; we didn't get it back for 3 days. The staff at Notti a Roma were extremely helpful in communicating with the airline for we do not speak any Italian.

We had to check out early because of a change of plans. Although we had to pay for an extra night for leaving early, they were concerned, understanding and polite.

It was a really great place to stay. Close to most of the main sights. Very friendly staff. Food close by. Nice breakfast. Very clean. Even though it is only listed as whatever star ? i forget ? hotel it really is quite nice. Would definately suggest staying there and would definately return.

Overall the stay was great. However when we arrived we were told that we would have to stay the first night in a hotel across the street. I was a little put out because there was no explanation as to why a room that i booked 6 months in advance was not there for us. But we didnt make a fuss about the situation and after that the rest of our stay was very pleasant. They have a young but very good staff that tried to make up for the initial glitch of our arrival. Overall for the price we paid and the location in Rome i would say that this B&B is an excellent value and we were pleased with the deal.

It went very smoothly, they called us a cab and it was there promptly. The bill was ready and there were no surprises.We thanked them for a pleasant stay.

Positive, the location is very close to all public transportation routes. There is a bus stop at only 25m from the front door were you can catch buses going in all directions (and we didnt wait more than 5 minutes ever for one).The metro stop is only 150m as well. You can walk to all the major sights with out too much pain if you are in reasonable shape.

Good value,clean,friendly,great location,good air conditioning, good size shower, good beds.Not fancy but overall for Rome it is a great deal and we would stay there again with out hesitation.

The room was fairly small but at least it had airconditioning. The breakfast was very good and the staff very pleasant and helpful. Would go there again.

Two rooms were rented and verified. Upon arrival one room was unavailable and one couple had to stay at another hotel for the first night. This worked out but was an inconvience.

We were satisfied with our accomodations however the bathroom had an unpleasant odor and was somewhat damp around the toilette area.

The room was very small, not even enough space to put your clothes in a cupboard. In the bathroom you could hardly turn around. The windows were not new as in the descriptions said. But it was relatively quiet. I think the relation between price and property was not o.k. But maybe it is in Rome like that because it is an expensive city? Positive was, that we were in the center and directly 40 m away you could take a lot of busses to different directions of the city.

A small Hotel in the centre of Rome. Clean, the stuff is very friendly. The room was very small so that we had to leave part of our clothes in the suitcase. The bathroom was small so that we hardly could turn around and you better bring your own towels because they were of a material that did'nt dry really(not frottee, difficult to describe).

It was a great experience to stay in Notti a Roma B&B. I enjoyed the pleasant people that attended us when we arrived. They were very helpful and even gave us direcctions and information on budget traveling to Pompeii. Thanks again. Roma is awesome.

WE were warmly greeted by a member of staff when we arrived. Check in was very quick and we were quickly shown to our room. The staff were very helpful.

At first we thought that it was really small and were worried that it would be really noisy, espesially aseeing as our room was right next to the dining room but we heard NOT A SOUND!!! I'm amazed at how the staff were able to prepare the breakfast settings without making any noise!
The rooms were spotless and so was the bathroom. Everything looked brand new. We found the staff to be extremely polite and friendly as well as helpful. They were able to advise on when to go to certain places and where the best places were to get the things we asked for. They were always ready to say hello and good day to us whenever they saw us!

This ran very soothly, we settled our bill the evening before and the staff even offered to give us our breakfast tray from that evening as we were leaving earlier than breakfast the next day.

My mum and I really enjoyed our stay at the Notti Roma. We wouldn't believe how well we were looked after.
All in all we would definitely stay at this hotel again and are looking forward to it as well!

Arrival went very well. We were able to walk directly from the train station to Notti a Roma. They have a secure entrance (you must ring a buzzer and they must unlock the gate to get in) They provided us with a map of the city and explained where we were in relation to the major sights.
Most are within walking distance.

We could not have picked a more pleasant place to stay. The staff was extremely helpful whenever we had any questions. Our room was always kept spotless. There was always a big bowl of fresh fruit available.

Since we had a very early departure(6:45 am) we actually settled our bill the night before. The office wasn't open at that time in the morning, however, They still left our breakfast out so that we would have something to eat before we left for the airport. They were kind enough to arrange a driver to drive us to the airport which turned out to be quite a long drive away. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Extremely plesant place to stay. Directly across the street from some of the higher priced hotels in Rome, and in a very secure part of the City. Excellent value for the money. Located within walking distance to the train station, spanish steps, trevi fountain and more.

Our stay at Notti a Roma was perfect! There was a problem with the booking which resulted in us staying the last day in another hotel - but this was all taken care of by the helpful staff at Notti.
If I visit Rome again I will definetely want to stay at Notti again.

I was unclear from the website as to its location and proximity to main attractions in Rome. It was in fact an ideal spot with all locations within easy reach - this could be advertised more on the website.

If you are looking for a B&B with welcoming staff, clean and comfortable accommodation within close proximity to Rome's main attractions this is the place. Please do not expect hotel luxury, breakfast is continental, simple but sufficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Warm, friendly, cosy and good value. The room was small but recently decorated, very clean and the staff were extremely pleasant. Being able to converse in English also meant we could ask more about Rome and Italian culture while there. We were very happy there and later in our trip stayed in a nearby hotel organised by our travel agent for a night which was twice the price but certainly not twice the value!

We arrived early in the morning and it was no problem to leave our luggage at the reception. A bathroom was prpposed to us for a short refreshment before we went into the city. When we came back our room was ready and our luggage already indise.

The reception was great! I was helped with my bags, received indications of where to park my car, and received right away a bottle of fresh water (seeing that I was tired and very hot, it was very much appreciated)

We arrived by car. It would have been helpful to have had directions from the Autostrade - A1 - and instructions on parking on arrival.

Staff was very friendly & helpful, spoke English - even let us check in our room several hours early which was an unexpected bonus.

Only remote complaint was street noise, but I think that is mostly unavoidable - we had the same thing at another hotel we stayed at later in the week.

You should precise that some bathrooms ar not en suite. That was the case of ours, that was separated only by the hallway, but still that is not very convenient.

I would say that it is good value for money. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly. You can walk back from the centro storico in 20mn, and there's the metro station of Piazza de la Republicca just around the corner.
I've been to Rome several times before, and this was a very good deal considering my budget.

By Notti a Roma B&B the room´s are very clean, breakfest and service are okay and familiar. We like it very much. The adress middle of Via Nationale is optimal for our tours. The sights are within easy walking (or driving with the bus) distance.
In my opinion a nice house in a good location.

Dear Sir/Madam,
We returned to Notti a Roma in May of this year having first stayed there earlier in January. The place was lovely, very clean and tidy and had a lovely breakfast. My only major complaint is that on BOTH occassions, we had to spend the first night of our stay in another Hotel across the road because the person staying in the room was either ill (first occassion) or had had problems with their flight (second occassion) which meant they had to stay for another day!!
The first time we thought it was just bad luck, and that if the person was ill then that was probably fair enough, but for it to happen BOTH times, then that is not good management. Surely the person who had out outstayed their time should have moved to another Hotel, and not the newly arriving guests? Especially after a long day's travel, the last thing you want to hear is that you have to stay elsewhere! The Hotel Sellier where we were put for the first night was of a much poorer standard and not deserving of the money!!!
This problem with the first night's accommodation in Notti a Roma has made us look for accommodation elsewhere now in Rome as we really don't to go through all of the hassle again. It's a pity, becasue Notti a Roma was close to ideal for a B&B.

The breakfast offered is quite small, maybe a can of coffee and extra croissants or rolls will be better instead of biscuits. The place is OK, but it could have been cheaper, changing of linens should be done at least every other day.
