• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The buiding have four floors,we are at the first floor,and we have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all rooms are very quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Telephone and sat Tv are on our dining room.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Not in the room but from our reception.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms with air conditioning.No extra charge for it.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Special agreement with two garage nearby.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At our front desk or at Termini train station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Approximately 35 minutes by taxi (23 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Nazionale (10 meters).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  About 400 m away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Repubblica at 150 meters.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes (small size).
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Not in the room,from our front desk is possible.
