• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before 11am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is included in the price. Our breakfast consists of coffe/tea, juice, a hot croissant, breads, jams, fresh fruit and yoghurt.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating and air conditioning is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  On arrival or at check-out, whatever you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Spanish, French and Arabic.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We are located on the first floor, there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Linens and towels are provided, as well as shampoo and soap.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No. Our building has a courtyard that our guests are welcome to enjoy.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Our entire facility is non-smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has a TV with local channels as well as MTV and CNN.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No. There is a phone in the reception that you may dial out with using a calling card.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning. There is no extra charge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No. Breakfast is served in the privacy of the rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No. There are two internet cafes within one block.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a garage nearby. The price varies on the size of the vehicle.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are several car rental agencies located at Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino/Leonardo da Vinci Airportat about 30 km from our location.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We can arrange a pickup and dropoff service to either airport. Please contact us for details.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is across the street.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station. You can reach the station on foot in 15 minutes or by bus or metro.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  We are a two minute walk from Metro Cavour and a five minute walk from Metro Colosseo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No. However there are several excellent restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
