• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room, and include tax, room service, air-conditioning and breakfast.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is included in the price of the room. We have a generous breakfast with fresh pastries from a local bakery, fresh fruit, yoghurt, bread, butter and marmalade. We also provide filtered coffee and espresso coffees (including cappuccino, caffe latte and mocha), hot chocolate, hot tea and fresh fruit juices.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, Spanish and French
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have two floors and we have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, most of our rooms are off the street and very quiet. The general ambience is private and intimate. If you are coming for a special occassion, such as anniversary, honeymoon or birthday, please let us know.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning, and it is included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In front of our Hotel, on the street, it is possible to park the car with pass parking than we give to the guests on their arrival. This service is includes in the room price.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Most of the car rental agencies have offices right off our Hotel, which is within walking distance from us.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  There are two airports in Rome: Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino) and Ciampino. Both are about 30 km from the center of Rome.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We propose a shuttle pickup to and from both airports. Rates depend on the number of people and amount of baggage.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stops are Via Nazionale and Via Cavour.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest train station is Termini, two metro stops away, or about a 15 minute walk away.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Cavour and Colosseo.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
