• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, Italian breakfast (brioche, cappuccino and orange juice) included in the price and served at the bar close to the townhouse suite.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, we ask our guests to pay on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English, German, Spanish and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 6 floors, Nazional rooms is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, our rooms are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they do not.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they do not.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a cable TV in each of our rooms broadcasting only Italian channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning or fun individually controlled and included in the price.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, we do not but the owners run an Internet-point just opposite the street.
  
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an agreement with a parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, by previous arrangement and paying an extra charge.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Just in front of us.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini, 5 min walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Repubblica line A (100 meters) and Termini for line B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, you can not.
