We were extremely pleased with the service we received at check-in. Our flight was very delayed and we did not get in until after midnight but there was still someone there waiting for us. I can't say enough how much we appreciated it! Also, Giuditta Presenti took care of everything via email once we knew our flight was delayed and she made us feel better about the whole situation. She is wonderful!!

Apartment Navona Savelli was in a great location and we were able to walk all over the city. We had so much more room compared with if we had stayed in a hotel. Wonderful place to stay!

Great location. Much more space than if we had stayed in a hotel. Very easy check-in and check-out. Will stay there again next time we are in Rome and definitely recommend it to our friends.

The place was in a great location and was very
clean. The only downfall was there was not
really a shower, just a big bathtub. The
electricity is weak in Europe but that would
be anywhere. We were very happy with our stay
there.
