  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    Check In from midday until 8.30pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    The price is per apartment, including breakfast (croissant and cappuccino), service, taxes, air conditioning and free use of internet in each room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is included and consists in croissant and cappuccino served at the table at the bar Pasquino.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Heating and air conditioning are included in the price. There is a thermostat in your area and remote controls for the air conditioning, although we have thick walls and it is cool in summer.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, payment is required upon arrival. We prefer cash upon check-in.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, a bit of French and a bit of Spanish.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    No, we are at the ground floor, stairs to go up to the wooden mezzanines, where are the beds.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, rooms are very quiet and cosy, one with skylights and windows, the other with windows. Both of them have antique furniture and modern art pieces. It is very safe, the Parliament it is few blocks from here... We guarantee a home away from home where you can take the room key with you without worrying about a curfew.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    Yes, we provide nice, fluffy and white towels. There is a service of laundry for the towels, the linens are from the Navona Loft, very good quality both of them. Cleanings 3 times a week. We also provide liquid soap.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Yes, there is a small, very small terrace in the first room.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, the rooms do not have a balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    No, in the small terrace you can smoke, or in via del governo vecchio!
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    In the first room there is a digital terrestrial antenna, with BBC, etc. In the second room, there is an analogic antenna with italian TV stations.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there is the private telephone for the guests.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is air conditioning in every room, with remote control. Filters are cleaned every week.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, in the two livings, there are tables and chairs.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    Yes, there is your private router with no password and your private telephone line
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, not close. Rome's city center does not offer public swimming pools, however the beach is 30 minutes away on the train.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, the closer public garage it is in via Paola, close to Ponte degli Angeli, on the way to the Castel of Saint Angel, 5 mins away.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    At Villa Borghese Parking, at the Termini Station or at the airports.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Leonardo da Vinci (Fiumicino -FCO-) and Ciampino (-CIA-)airport are both located within easy reach of the B&B by public transportation.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    yes
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Piazza della Cancelleria, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, after the stop of piazza Navona.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Termini (Central Station) or Trastevere train station, both of them about 15 mins by public transport.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    There is no underground close by. The closest is Termini (reached by bus line 64), or Colosseum (reached by bus line 87)
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    no, but there is the biggest spa-fitness center very well provided few blocks away
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, pets are not allowed.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, there is no restaurant in the property, but in the same block.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    You are welcome to connect your laptop at any time. We offer free high speed Internet access with a router.
