• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 11am, Check Out before 10.30am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room, per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Continental breakfast is included in the price (milk, coffee, tea, biscuits, jam, juice, croissants, plumcakes, and fresh bread).
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes is included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, the payment is in cash on your arrival time at the B&B.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and there is the elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are very nice, quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, in the price are included sheets, towels, and other things such as a bathrobe.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, one room is a smoking room.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is a colour TV set in the room with, but only with Italian channel.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, air conditioning in each room.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No, breakfast will be served in your room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  There is a parking near the B&B at just 5 minutes walking distance.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a private car service from the airport directly to the B&B (extra cost); our driver will meet you at the airport.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  There are two tram number 14 or 5 that will take you under the B&B, the bus also is number 84 or 105.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest metro underground stop is Vittorio Emanuele, just 50 meters from the B&B.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
