| Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Garage parking is not included in the price; charges start from EUR 18,00 per day, depending on the size of the vehicle. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30,00 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of babycots / extra bedsin a room is 2. Pick-up service is not included in the price and costs about EUR 50,00 per car (max. 3 persons). The price may vary. Small pets are admitted free of charge. |

In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
