The front desk staff was very pleasant. They were solicitous and personal, made me feel like I was a valued guest despite being in a single room for only one night. Had the feeling and personality of a small boutique hotel.

The only possible negative comment I can make is that the porter was not readily available to assist with our bags and we had to transport them ourselves from the street to the hotel. Just a minor annoyance and certainly not one that would even rise to the level of a criticism.

We needed to get a wake up call at 3:45 am and car service to the Fumincino airport and the front desk staff arranged evertihng. We were very pleased with the service.

The hotel is wonderful and in a great loaction too.
We met another US tourist on the EuroStar train from Florence to Rome that needed accomodations and recommended the Hotel Mozart to them. They took our advice and checkied in that day!

The room and bathroom were VERY clean. Room was a bit small but I did not go to Rome to spend lots of time in the room. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was nice and hard, my wife and I had great sleep.

Although the website images show the breakfast buffet, this cannot do justice to the excellent quality of the breakfast offer and the efficiency of the waiting staff who ensure that the buffet remains fully stocked throughout the breakfast period.

The only thing i would like to comment on is that the taxis are very expensive we arrived in Ciampino it cost us 50 euros to get to our hotel which i thought was very expensive. The train and bus service is not really that good.

This was our second time in Rome at the Hotel Mozart so we knew the hotel mind you it has grown a lot since we was last in Rome.
My husband's only comment was that he would of liked eggs, bacon, sausages fried bread for breakfast. insead of just a continental choice.

A little tough to manage with a car since Via dei Greci lies off Via Del Corso which was closed off to vehicles. But the staff was very helpful helping with the bags when I dropped off the car. Nice welcome.

The hotel was perfectly located, exceptionally clean and the staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was acceptable, with plenty of good coffee and juice; perhaps could use a little more variety, but I'm quibbling.

No problem whatsoever, they called my cab which came right away, and there was no haggling over the bill or any suspicious charges at all.

My room was a touch small for the price, (200Euros per night) and the pillows needed an upgrade. But it was very pretty, perfectly cleaned and maintained, and came with a nice, reasonably priced wet bar and a flat screen T.V. The closet also had a lock on its door. The hotel has an internet room in the basement, and a lovely reading lounge with daily newspapers and magazines, lovely marble floors and staircases, and a very pretty terrace bar on the roof. Apparently, there is no laundramat in the area, however, so if you want your clothes cleaned, the hotel has a service, but it was extremely expensive.

A very good choice to stay in Rome if you need a mid-range hotel with a little style and sense of class, and don't want to pay a four-star price. The location was excellent, not five minutes from the Spanish Steps, ten from the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Piazza Navona, maybe a twenty minute walk to the Vatican and/or Piazza Venezia. It's in the midst of shopping, antique-ing, cafes and restaurants in the winding streets around the Via Del Corso and the Campo Marzio. Three minute walk to Piazza Del Popoli and the churches there with the Caravaggios and the Borghese Gardens. Very clean, excellent staff, with a sense of european elegance and taste. My double room could have been a bit bigger, but it was adequate and immaculate throughout my five night stay. A nice place to stay for adults, maybe not the best for a family with small children.

We were not aware that the elevator was up the steps and hidden to the right when we arrived.
That created a bit of confusion and frustration initially as the entry way is somewhat empty and we thought we might have to drag the bags up the second flight of steps.
Just might be good to include the exact location of the elevator.

Roof top facilities were excellent, also the breakfast room was very nice with a good selection for breakfast. The room was a bit dark, but we only slept there. The desk clerk personel were very helpfull regarding suggestions for restaurants and making reservations.

Great place - great breakfast, very clean, quiet. The only slightly negative comment is that the bed in the bedroom has a lot of movement so that if you sleep with someone who turns a lot, you might be awake part of the night.

The hotel arranged a collection from the airport, which made it easier for us.
However, I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication occured, but the pick up wasn't there when we arrived and I had to contact them, which delayed us slightly.
The coolection from the hotel at the end of the stay was on time.

Hotel Mozart is very beautiful and quite comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations. The room, terrace, bathroom and breakfast. I especially enjoyed the decorating details, floors, paint job, mouldings. And the location is fantastic. We will definitely stay there on our next visit to Rome!

We arranged transfers from the airport to the hotel so arrival was easy. However, the driver who returned us to the airport was a maniac and it was a hair-raising trip.

The room was a bit crowded with the double bed plus two singles, but it was adequate as we had a large balcony. The bathroom and entrance were quite spacious also. The hotel was also in a great location - everywhere was easy to walk to, including supermarkets. We were able to have meals 'at home' on our balcony. The roof top bar was also great. It was a nice hotel to spend time at between sightseeing outings.

The TV + decoder + DVD player combination was too complex to work properly, i.e. it didn't. On the other hand, we did not come to Rome for watching TV but to see the city and its historical sights.

The hotel told me that the distance from the metropolitana of Piazza D'Espagna to the hotel was not too far. However with my suitcase it was difficult: in the metropolitana there are also steps without an automatic elevator where I had to carry my suitcase. I was very exhausted from the 'short Distance' from the metropolitana to the hotel. PErhaps the hotel should tell visitors about this.

The roof terrace was super. The view was amazing. Also the deckchairs were very nice to relax and to enjoy the sun.
Our room was nice too. The shower was a bit small, but fine. But the airco, which stayed outside on the terrace (not the roof terrace which was on the fifth floor,our room was on the first floor) made a lot of noise. So it was not possible to keep the doors opened because of the noise. So it was a bit hot in our room.

Very nice hotel on a good location. Everything which is worth to see is at walking distance. There are a lot of nice shops and restaurants in the direct neighbourhood. The roof garden is amazing and very romantic. A beautiful view . You can drink a delicious cocktail at midnight before you go to bed. In june you smell the odour of Yasmine. (But you can smell that in whole Rome).
But ask a room not on the first floor because the airco outside makes a lot of noise.

a small but inmportant thing, my daughter asked for checking out the evening before leaving (experience tell her that things allways come up departure day , but the hotel would like the payment in morning departure day. An then it happens, the visacard-terminal come offline and didnt accept the visacard, the taxi were waiting,
and stress were high, call to the me, i call the bank, the bank call the hotel and finally
everything were settled. Not i nice end of the visit. Not either for my daughter or the portier.
