Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 3,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Parking is not included in the price and costs EUR 40,00 per night. Limousine service, with up to 4 passengers, is not included: Transfer from the airport costs EUR 65,00. Transfer to the airport costs EUR 53,00. Guests have a 10% discount at a nearby gym.

| Cancellation Policy | |
In caso di cancellazione oltre i termini o di mancata presentazione verrą trattenuta la prima notte. Non sono previste riduzioni in caso di partenza anticipata. In case of no show or late cancellation one night will be charged on your credit card. Earlier departure: no reduction of the total cost of the stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 72 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
