Perhaps that the nearest bus (#16) to get around is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Via Veneto

A classy B&B with cool antique furniture and nice marble floors that immediately gives you a unique 'Italy' feeling. Slightly away from being central, but not too far. Bus16 is near and if you like to walk its not a big deal at all.

We were very delayed due to flight delays and missed connections so we weren't able to arrive until early evening. The Morellis were very understanding, accommodating, and nice!

It was wonderful! The Morellis were so nice, the apt. was lovely as was the courtyard. And we felt safe in the neighborhood. Mrs. Morelli was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and giving directions.

A charming bed & breakfast in a good location. Easy to walk to bus, taxi, train station. Close to the Via Veneto. Very friendly--would definitely stay there again.

You can reach any historical destination by walking, there is a supermarket close to it, it is very private and friendly.

The only complaint that I would have was that the locks were hard to use, and there were no water glasses, etc. But the place was lovely and Morellis were delightful and very helpful.

Room is very, very large. There is a small fridge for food, but the shower is very small but it works.

Very good value for the price, and in a lovely neighborhood with lots of womderful restaurants that aren't full of tourists. You can walk to the train station, but I would suggest a taxi if you have bags. Furnishings are lovely and there is lot of warm bedding if needed.

the owner of the B&B was very helpful. He recommended a fanastic restaurant for us. We loved it so much that we went back twice.

The property is very close to Via Veneto and accessible to all the beautiful shops and nice restaurnts. We basically walked to most of the attractions from there except the Vatican.

it would be easier if there was a sign downstairs saying Morelli B & B or if we had been told exactly what to look for

Breakfast was very good. Would be even better if there was a kettle with tea & coffee making facilities

We arrived at 9am, jet lagged, but couldnt get to sleep until 3pm because room had not been cleaned.We left luggage,went out for a walk, and finally had to sit on the floor of the internal courtyard and wait because we were exhausted.

We stayed for 7 nights-would have liked sheets, towels changed at least once.Short changed on 3 breakfasts-owner went away for long weekend. Offered inadequate compensation:3 euros for 2 people per breakfast-wouldnt even buy one coffee!Electic jug for tea making would be good.Also fridge that made ice blocks!

Too far and too difficult to walk from Termini with luggage that needed to be wheeled. Would have liked some english speaking TV, CNN or cable, to keep in touch with the world. Bar Fridge barely kept water cool. Linen should be changed more often.

Pleasant apartment, good area-close to the greenness of Villa Borghese and a great little deli/fruit shop next door. Owner was helpful with information.

Our stay was uncomfortable due to the room temperature. The room was cold on arrival (we went in winter) and had to ask them to put on the heating which they did. The rest of the stay there was little heating this included early in the morning and evenings. The only time the heating was on is when the family were home and were awake.

Thry organised a cab for us which was good however it cost 35Euros. I am aware that all cabs are supposed to be 30Euros between the city and the airports.

The bed was fine, it was the breakfast that was below standard.
Breakfast was a croissant and an espresso at the bar over the road and it was not available on the weekend as the bar was closed. I didn't realise this until Saturday morning. We were paying for bed and breakfast.
This was our first experience of Italy. We travelled on for the following month both north and south and everywhere else provided a far better breakfast than this.

The rooms were clean, nicely arranged, well maintained and the bed was comfortable. Getting in and out through the security door was a bit tricky but that might just be me. At least I felt confident leaving my laptop in the room when we went out.

The B&B is located a ten minutes walk from the Rome Metro service of Piazza Barberini. and the terminal bus to Termini railway station is very close (3 mins). The staff is very kind and polite. They don't accept credit cards.

The room was clean but cramped and had no reading light by bed, only main light in ceiling. The bed was a double bed as promised but not as stylish (antique) as on web photo.Breakfast served in room,not cafe didn't mind that.
