• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In any time, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, it is included. It is a typical Italian breakfast with croissant, cappuccino and tea.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival and on departure.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 2 floors in the building with an internal staircase. We don't have elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, rooms are very quiet and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, linens and towels are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  We only have 1 room with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms are non smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, each room has a TV (no satellite).
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All our rooms have air conditioning included in the room rate.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  No.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a computer at the reception where guests can connect to Internet. The Internet connection service is not included in the price. Please ask our staff for fees.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is a pay-to-park garage available at 200 metres.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We provide a rental car service. Please ask the reception desk for fees.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Via Cavour.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Cavour stop. Exit the underground stop and turn into via Urbana. Via dei Ciancaleoni is a parallel street to Via Urbana.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
