Very nice hotel. I would stay there again on my next trip to Rome. I did not realize from the website that the hotel is next to the Via del Corso. That would have made it a bit easier to find on a map. The staff was unfailingly polite and gracious. They were wonderful.

Construction work was happening in the
building during our arrival, it was messy and
unpleasent. It should have been a notice when
we book it.

It was good value for money. But if you have
plenty of luggage, it won't be a good choice
to stay here, because there are plenty of
stairs to climb.

only one thing could be better ,the breakfast was not from a high quality.it was served on the room and it was not possible to have the breakfast before 8 am ,so we received the breakfast at 8.45 am.
It's was not so very special,oranje juice in a plastic glass and the bread was even in a plastic bag .It was not fresh to start the day.
The name of the hotel was not well indicated from the street,normally you find the name in front of the door or somewhere around.

direction - need to make sure people print out the street directions -there is no sign for the hotel on the outside - the name is located on the button you need to push - looks like an apartment building.

night staff could not speak english - understood it OK. Make any plans or ask questions of the day staff.

They were still remodeling on the outside of the hotel so the shutters were off and the street was noisy until late into night. Would have been ok if shutters were closed.
It talked about no elevator on the website but it was 55 steps to the top of the staircase. We expected had one flight.

We found some difficulty locating the hotel as it was located on one of the floors of a building and there were no signs outside the building. We were just lucky that when the taxi passed for a second time outside the closed door there were people coming out and we got a glimpse of a sign inside with the name of the hotel. Also, there were various renovations going on in the building (not the hotel) so there were a lot of building materials laying around. It should have also been highlighted that there is no lift up to the hotel so you do need to carry heavy suitcases over 2 1/2 flights of stairs.

It needs to be mentioned that there is no sign outside the building saying that there is a hotel there.

It is cosy, clean, the rooms are tastefully renovated, with the latest technology (i.e. internet) and a huge flat screen tv. It is also located, within walking distance of Fontana di Trevi and Spanish Steps and also near the shopping area.

Great location, new modern and clean hotel but let down by the hardest bed we have ever slept on. This would more than likely cause us to stay elsewhere next time

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought the breakfast compared to other accommodation could use improvement. The rooms were not as spacious as I expected, but were clean. The staff was wonderfuly and very friendly!

As far as location it is the perfect place to stay in it is very cetnral! As far as spacious it depends on what one is looking for. As for the breakfast I would say eat out! As far as cleaniness and friendliness of staff GREAT!

As the breakfast is served in the room, you need to make sure that there at least is a table/chairs so you can eat. Our room was so small we had to sit on the bed and had the tray on a chair. You could even serve the beakfast on a tray with 'legs' so you could it in the bed.
