Rome city tax (which applies to stays on or after 1 January 2011) is not included in the price: EUR 2,00 per person, per night (up to 10 nights) will be charged and collected directly at the front desk. The tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age. Final cleaning is included in the room rate.

| Cancellation Policy | |
In case of no show or late cancellation of the night will be charged the first night on your credit card. When you arrive, ring the intercom as the "B & B MOMI, " we do not have a label Not included in room price: city tax EURO 2 per person per night.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 720 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
