• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  We always quote the price for the room, please consider the rates for double for sole use and double for double use are different!
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Seven languages. Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have six floors and four elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes even though not all rooms are very quite.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Not in the standard cathegory, only few superior and Junior suites.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Not in the standard category, only few deluxe and Junior suites.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  There is air conditioning according to the season, no extra charge is applied.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We work with a private garage, at payment, please contact our Concierge deks for reservation and payment details.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the hotel we have a transportation desk which can book any type of transfer, and help you rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  40 km
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We only have private transportation at payment to be arranged with the trasportation desk in advance.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  500 meters.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  5 km.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway is "PIAZZA DI SPAGNA" it is about 1,5 km from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Not a fitness center, only a small gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only dogs of small sixe.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, not high speed connection only analogic line.
