• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in: after Midday.
  Check-out: before 11 am.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Yes, breakfast is included in the price and is offered in a coffee shop conventioned with our Hotel.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, it is up to our guests if they want to pay on check-in or check-out.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  We speak English and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have rooms in 3 different floors and we do have an elevator in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we have rooms on the opposite side of the street, therefore they are very quiet.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, only windows.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, only windows.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV but we do not have international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning. We charge €5 extra for the air conditioning on summer time.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No, but in the vicinity of the Hotel there are many internet points.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, but close to the hotel there are many payment parkings.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At Termini railway station.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Rome Ciampino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but there are train and buses direct from both airports, Ciampino and Fiumicino.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini Station is 50 meters from our hotel and you can arrive walking.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, there is not.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, they are not.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, there is not.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No, it is not possible.
