would not reccommend - better values close by. Travelers need the internet in 2008 - This hotel has remade itself to cater to the Italian Business traveler.

I requested a courtesy car from the airport to the Miami Hotel which was waiting for me when I arrived excellant service.

The reception staff were very good with there information and directions to the various places of interest that we wanted to visit

Hotels location very good as it is in walking distance of places of interest i.e. Trevi Fountain Spanish Steps.

Certainly have to be beware of Taxi Drivers
My 8 euro 5min journey from the Termini station to the hotel ended up as 80euros after the taxidriver had mischanged me.

In general I was very satisfied with all the services at the hotel. The reception staff were particularly helpful to me especially when one of Romes notorious pickpockets helped himself to my wallet.(second occassion in 4 days) i really have nothing but praise for the most helpful staff at this hotel

I would recommend this to a friend for it's convience to Romes major attractions and the friendly nature of the staff.

We arranged through the Hotel Miami for a taxi to meet us at the airport. This worked out fine.

The bed was pretty firm--but we found that to be true in the other 2 places we stayed in Italy.

The Hotel Miami is such a centrally located hotel--near to all the ruins and public transportation. The staff was extremely helpful with suggestions for viewing the sites, recommendations for 'safe' areas to visit in the evening, and directions for using the subway and bus system. Breakfasts were great and there was always a map handy in the lobby to grab for the day. I definitely would recommend the Hotel Miami to friends.

Room ready on arrival 1/2 hour early .

Very conveniently situated . Room small but well appointed. Most helpful with any queries at reception at any time .
Breakfast rather disappointing . Poor fruit drinks, tinned fruit , let the hotel down.

The desk clerk Mario Lupo remembered us from three years ago. I cannot tell you how helpful and friendly he was during our stay. We would come back to stay at the Hotel Miami because of him alone.

The breakfast room is a bit small, they might want to make the waiting room adjacent to the hallway more accomodating for the overlaod in the morning. The breakfast was great and being able to order a coffee as we like it ...is very good!
