• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check In from 9am until 9pm, Check Out before 10.30am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Self catering apartment, we do not serve breakfast.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in price
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Balance has to be paid upon arrival only by cash.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  The owner speaks English and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The apartment is on the 5th floor of a 5 floor building with no elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The apartment is very quiet, private and romantic.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, they are provided.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  The apartment does have a large terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, the apartment is no smoking.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a TV with no satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is not.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  No, there is not.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  Yes, there is a large dining room.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we do have a ADSL connection and a PC available.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No.
• Where can we rent a car?
  There are many rental car offices close to the apartment.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Ciampino airport (15 km).
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Via Licia (few meters far from the apartment).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Station (2 km).
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  San Giovanni metro station or Re di Roma metro station.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Yes, pets are welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  You cannot connect your modem as there's not a land line suitable, but you can surf the Internet through the ADSL connection and the PC available in our apartment.
