  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is for room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A continental breakfast is always included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  We require the entire payment on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, Spanish and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel is on the 1st floor of a tenement, we do not have the elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The hotel is in a very quiet street so all the rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they have not the terrrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they have not the balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have some non smoking rooms on request.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  There is the TV in all our rooms.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?

  The nearest one is Termini, only 5 minute walking from the hotel.
