• At what time can we check-in and out?
  Check-in from 1pm.
  Check-out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per day.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  A buffet continental breakfast is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  At the reception we speak the following languages: Italian, English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  In the building there are 5 floors and a 6th floor with the roof garden. We have a lift.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, in all rooms there is a satellite television with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, there is air conditioning in the rooms, at no extra charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an agreement with a public garage, it will cost between 28,00 EUR and 35,00 EUR per day, depending on the car.
• Where can we rent a car?
  We supply this service.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Fiumicino Airport.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Termini stop.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Termini Railway Station.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Termini stop, at a walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  Only small pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but our staff will be very glad to reserve a table for you in the nearby restaurants.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
