There is also a Doorman for the building and he was aware we were coming and notified the owners wife and we were allowed to check in earlier than expected. ... The one and half bathrooms work perfectly for 2 couples and the second bedroom seems to have a bunk bed above a full size bed. The lift (while it can only hold 2 or 3 people at a time) broke down one evening but was fixed by mid-day the next day. Which taught how valuable the lift was since the apt would in US standards be on the 6th floor. ... Simply left the keys and closed the door. ... The very very small balcony (it can only hold 2 people)off the kitchen is lovely and had a beautiful view at night (and Day) or St Peter's dome. ... The apt was convienent, comfortable and exceeded our expectations, I would recommend it to any of my friends.

On the whole we were very pleased with the apartment and with the helpfulness of its owner in dealing with numerous enquiries before our arrival. We were sorry that the DVD player advertised was not available and that our suggestion to forego the Final cleaning charge by way of compensation was simply ignored. ... See above re DVD player

The two discrepancies about the apartment's description were that you could not see St. Peter's cupula from the kitchen window, and it's apartment does not have two bathrooms, but one and a half. ... We would definitely stay at this apartment again when we are back in Rome. It's location is GREAT and the accommodations were nice and comfortable. ... Very comfortable, and located very close to Vatican City.

The apartment had not been satisfactorily cleaned (floors, kitchen doors etc.). Kitchen equipment had to be washed before use. ... Nothing ... Well described on the net.
